ResumenFinancial education is an essential component for making informed economic decisions. This quantitative study examines how the level of financial education and absorption capacity influences the strategic use of resources among young scholarship recipients in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The findings reveal that the cognitive dimension is decisive, while the institutional environment shows limited influence. It is concluded that strengthening financial education from a comprehensive perspective can improve not only individual resource management but also contribute to greater economic efficiency and social sustainability in vulnerable contexts.es_ES
