Abstract

echnology and inormation have become maniest actors that allow companies to ace up or to resist competition nevertheless, today's companies have not been able to use them in an eicient way. his research analyzes the degree o inluence that the use o technology and inormation has on the small and medium-sized enterprises in terms o their ability to ace their competitors in the market in which they are, that may provide a course o action or the best use o the data and inormation generated in these institutions. he empirical study is carried out in the central region o the state o amaulipas (eico), by means o a questionnaire and analyzed by using a sotware. he results show that companies receive suicient support rom inormation technology to ace competition, especially in inormation management.
