Abstract

Currently there is a lack of instruments to evaluate the perception around the implementation of telemedicine in the relevant public and private healthcare institutions. Objective: to design and perform the content validation of a questionnaire to determine the level of implementation of telemedicine in institutions that provide health services. Methodology: a questionnaire was designed and the content validity was determined through the judgment of experts. Results: 1) the instrument presented adequate levels of content validity from the application in 11 judges (Aiken’s V ≥0.70); 2) the application in the pilot group showed an adequate degree of relevance, writing and satisfaction; and 3) the provisional reliability was 0.9464 from the pilot group. Conclusion: the instrument has adequate levels of content validity.
