ResumenTo maintain an acceptable level of competitiveness, enterprises need to create innovative products and more efficient processes with the participation of employees. This phenomenon is commonly known as intrapreneur behavior. The aim of this research is to identify the effects of external and internal factors on intrapreneurship in the manufacturer industry in Tamaulipas. To this end, a structural equations model with second order variables was used with a sample of 280 observations. It was found that both internal and external factors have a positive and significant effect on intrapreneur behavior.es_ES
