Abstract
A new species, Encarsiella tamaulipeca Myartseva and Coronado-Blanco sp. nov., from Mexico is described and illustrated. A new combination is proposed, Encarsiella narroi (Gomez \& Garcia) from Encarsia. A key to the species of Encarsiella (females) of the New World is given.
