| Resumen | The quality management system is a strategy used for the continuous improvement of organizations and communication will be the link through which the message is transmitted and connected, both systems have gained importance since they facilitate that the products and services that are market meet potential customers. This research aims to analyze the quality management and communication system in the tourism sector, specifically the elements that support them. The research is descriptive in the field. A challenge and a challenge for organizations, the development of an architecture that allows covering and defining the quality management system, by relying on different existing technologies and must establish coherent administrative processes oriented towards the client. | es_ES |
