Abstract
Crude oil is one of the mostdemandedfuels whichcausesan increasein environmentalpollutionduetospills. Bioremediation by (Biodegradation modeling of sludge bioreactors of total petroleum hydrocarbons weathe ing in soil hydrocarbonoclast microorganisms canbe an alternative for hydrocarbon degradation through biochemical processes involving and sediments) enzymes and biosurfactants. The objective of this work was to evaluate the capacity of oil biodegradation by ahydrocarbonoclast SA MedinaMoreno S Huerta Ochoa CA Lucho Constanino L Aguilera V \& aacute;zquez A Jim \& eacute;nez strain through growth kinetics and biosurfactant production. The strain was inoculated in flasks with mineral medium (MM) G \& aacute;l G \& eacute; o supplemented with oil (0, 20, 40, 60, and 80 \%) and grown for 20 days. The variables evaluated were oil degradation by Soxhlet extraction, quantification of extracellular proteins, proteolytic activity, biosurfactant production by lysis in blood agar Cr im o o iv n y dap d Bfi cer m if ti a on o s da and emulsification capacity (E24). The results allow concluding that the strain identified as Aspergillus tubingensis was able to (Growth urvival and adapta ion of Bifidobacterium infantis to acidic conditions) biodegrade 78.38 \% of the crude oil at the 80 \% concentration and maintain a biomass production of 55.12 g/L, a low proteolytic L M y R P B C il A G i \& eacute; N E B Fl id y A A a activity of 0.0015 U/mL, as well as biosurfactant production and an E 24 of 65.16 \%. Therefore, A. tubingensis can be used in p bioremediation works to recover oil contaminated sites.
