Telemedicine as an innovative strategy in health institutions

| Resumen | The purpose of this article is to know the use of telemedicine in health institutions, evidenced its impact on health systems, which face various institutional, regulatory, organizational, cultural and financial technological challenges to respond to demographic and epidemiological changes current, telemedicine being a growing trend in the provision of this. In this review article, the method used focused on a documentary analysis. As a result, a series of findings were obtained that make clear the benefits of the development of telemedicine in health institutions, the main conclusion being that it is a tool used as an innovative strategy for effective change management. | es_ES |
