Abstract
This paper presents a computer system capable of analyzing the databases of the results of the elections in Mexico, using genetic algorithms to achieve efficient analyses that will serve for the creation of reports with the information generated, in a shorter time than it can take to perform a manual analysis. The developed system implements the Windows Forms environment with the C\# programming language and the SQL Server relational database system. In this research, the variables related to the execution time in the generation of reports will be measured, with respect to the traditional method, in addition to collecting relevant information that the system shows through experimentation.
