Abstract
The Spanish Exile has been studied in its many facets, for several decades, attending diversefields, among them, the juridical sciences. In this respect, the present article will focus onknowing the trajectory and the vicissitudes of one of the Spanish exiles slightly studied, the juristMariano Jiménez Huerta, who made notable contributions to the juridical dogmatism inside the criminal law along his banishment in México, as a professor of the National School of Jurisprudence.
