| Resumen | Artificial intelligence has emerged as a fundamental tool in the transformation of healthcare, offering innovative solutions in diagnosis, treatment and resource management. The incorporation of artificial intelligence into the healthcare sector has made it possible to improve the accuracy of diagnoses, personalize treatments and optimize the operational efficiency of healthcare systems. The aim of this research was to evaluate the advances and challenges of artificial intelligence in healthcare management, analyzing its impact on diagnosis, treatment and resource optimization, as well as its ethical implications. A comprehensive literature review of articles, case studies and academic papers published between 2020 and 2024 was conducted in order to identify the most recent innovations in the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare, as well as the main challenges associated with its application. As a result, the most notable advances include the use of deep learning algorithms in the improvement of medical diagnostics, such as in the early detection of cancer, and in the personalization of treatments through precision medicine. In conclusion, artificial intelligence has demonstrated significant potential to transform healthcare management, improving accuracy and eficiency in medical care. | es_ES |
