Mobile technological means to support rural education at secondary level.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and establish the feasibility of implementing strategies for the educational use of mobile technologies at rural secondary level specifically in the northern part of the State of Tamaulipas; considering aspects such as the technological resources available, the scope in these areas, propose appropriate strategies for responsible use of these technologies, among others. The methodology used refers to a quantitative descriptive study. Among the most notable results is the lack of technological infrastructure in schools, it is suggested the use of these technologies for learning, most students have smartphones. It is concluded that the implementation of learning strategies based on mobile technology could be feasible.
