Women researchers in the collective production of knowledge, research groups and networks

ResumenIn Mexico, collaborative work is driven by federal programs as a way to involve more researchers in a project. The aim of this paper is to analyze the situation of academic women in research groups and networks. The presented results emerge from the project Collective Modes of Knowledge production of the Academics in Public University. The methodology is quantitative and a questionnaire for data collection was applied. In conclusion, the work that men and women do within the research groups, the results indicate that regardless of gender, policies have influenced equally.es_ES
