Labor productivity and caffeine consumption of workers in Mexico
Abstract
Research on labor productivity has gained importance in recent decades, focused on the health of workers. The objective of the study was to analyze work productivity and caffeine consumption in workers in the public and private sectors in Mexico. The methodology used was documentary supported by bibliographic sources, aimed at deepening the study of labor productivity linked to caffeine consumption by workers in different organizations. The results reveal that the traits of labor productivity are associated with stimuli aimed at improving some cognitive functions, accelerating brain processes and improving the memory of workers in Mexico, with caffeine consumption being the means used by workers to present favorable results. to organizations. It is concluded that, despite there being a significant consumption of coffee, it becomes a stimulant of work anxiety, which is linked to the tasks or responsibilities carried out in the positions held by workers in both public and private organizations.
