Abstract
The objective of this research was to evaluate a structural model of knowledge management driven by open leadership, open innovation, business competitiveness and organizational culture in the aerospace sector in the state of Baja California, Mexico, considering the high proportion of workers in this region of the so-called millennial generation whose characteristics differ from previous generations. The sample included 250 workers in the sector who occupy middle management. Research with a quantitative approach, non-experimental-transversal design and exploratory relational scope. The data analysis was carried out by means of structural equation modeling, Scale-Free Least Squares was applied. The results indicate that all the variables have a positive effect on knowledge management, particularly open leadership has a 27% greater effect when using the millennial generation as a dummy.
