The study reveals a coexistence of traditional and modern technologies among older adults, with a high dependence on technology for communication. Lack of skills or knowledge is identified as the main barrier to the use of technology. The need to develop specific training programs to improve digital inclusion and the quality of life of older adults is highlighted.
