Abstract

normation technologies have transormed organizations thereore, identiying their entrepreneurial value has been one o the main concerns or both, managers and researchers. he purpose o this research is to determine the inluence o the inormation systems’ quality on user satisaction and perceived beneits, and these in turn on the use/useulness o such technologies in small and medium-sized enterprises o the eican northeastern region. ata are collected rom questionnaires and analyzed using artial east quares () and ulti-roup nalysis. he results show that although the users eel satisied with systems quality, it is not allowing them to make better use and useulness o inormation systems. ith the ulti-roup nalysis, a signiicant dierence is detected between the relation o perceived beneits and system quality.
