The virtual forums as teaching strategy in the context of Integral Upper Secondary Education Reform in Mexico

Abstract

This methodological approach is mainly intended to establish a forum for communication and collaboration online for conceptualizing the content, criticism, reflection, participation, research, self-learning, autonomy, recovery and development potential creative. By using ICT, specifically with online communication tools known as discussion forums, such didactic strategy of computer-mediated communication in combination with face-to-face instruction, with a view to extending the interaction between students and teacher beyond the temporal and spatial limits that characterize the traditional education, strengthen the construction of knowledge with group collaboration. As integrative proposal aims to facilitate communication, feedback, individual and group of students, to help achieve the objectives of the Reform of School Education in Mexico RIEMS.
