Abstract

echnology and the accounting inormation systems are implemented in an organization with the aim o improving their eiciency. ompanies spend large amounts o money on these tools every year in order to improve their organizational perormance. he aim o this research is to determine the inluence o s’ technological alignment, inormation management and technological inrastructure on the perormance o an institution (innovation and productivity) in which accounting inormation systems are used. n empirical study is conducted in enterprises belonging to the service, commercial and industrial sectors in iudad ictoria, ico, with the help o the mart statistical tool. he results mainly show that technology has helped raise productivity (improvement in administrative activities, in decision-making and in the use o generated inormation).
